The spa was a real highlight, clean, relaxing, and well kept, just right for winding down after a long day. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the restaurant service was attentive and professional. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. A high standard across the hotel, and I'd gladly recommend it and stay again.

The lobby area felt cozy, and the hotel was clean and fresh. I found the check-in and checkout quick, with helpful reception staff. The food at the bar was good, and the rooms are modern with a kettle. I rated the beds 7 and value for money 7 using the scales below. It worked well for an overnight stay or a few nights. There are a few shops and several restaurants nearby, and the hotel is about 15 minutes by car from Pristina center and around 20 minutes from the airport. The downside is that Pristina is a 15 minute drive away. *(Sinks through 0, average 5, lies on top of the mattress 10) **(Throws money down the drain 0, break even 5, highest profit 10) Stayed 10/09 - 11/09 2025.

The spa has plenty of good options, and the laundry service was quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a spectacular all you can eat buffet with lots to choose from, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with fruit and pastries provided.
