Hostel Tuba

We paid €20 a night, but the stay was a real disappointment. Since we arrived late, we didn’t notice much on the first night. The next day, the poor conditions were obvious. The kitchen was filthy and unusable, with an overflowing bin full of beer cans and almost no utensils, just one spoon. The pans and pots were so greasy and sticky that we couldn’t clean them properly, so we had to use our own camping cookware and cutlery. The bathroom was unhygienic too. There were worms or larvae on the floor, and each shower flooded the room with dirty water mixed with them. We even took videos to show how unpleasant and unsafe it was. We told the staff the next morning. They initially said they’d get back to us, but never did. When we asked for a discount or compensation for the second night and showed our photos and videos, they refused. They insisted the hostel was “very clean,” which was absolutely false. We had to pay full price. Between the poor hygiene, worms in the bathroom, and staff dishonesty, I strongly recommend avoiding this hostel.
