Ruby Hotel Pristina

We found the rooms very clean and comfortable, and the service was amazing throughout. At the restaurant, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent, with a warm welcome each time. We also had great service in the bar for an early dinner. Around the hotel, there are cozy cafés, boutiques, a pharmacy, fitness spots, and supermarkets within walking distance. It’s hard to beat the location if you want to be in the heart of the action. This was easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Prishtina, a real masterclass in hospitality and the perfect mix of comfort and class.

There’s a supermarket around the corner, and the city center and restaurants are about 15 min away on foot. A taxi is ~2€. The hotel itself is super cute, with a lovely breakfast area and a winter terrace, plus a back area with a little tulum vibe. Rooms are spacious and have a cute balcony. Ladies, the bathroom mirror has adjustable lighting 😍. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, always greeting you with a genuine smile no matter the time and giving nice recommendations. The receptionist even helped me find a nice spa and book an appointment. The interior is amazing and very modern. I’ve already recommended it to friends who want to visit Prishtina 🥰🤍

I found the breakfast buffet fresh each morning, with a nice range of choices. My room was modern, comfortable, and clean, with a good balance of style and function. Staff were attentive and exceptionally friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Hotel Ruby Pristina is well located for exploring the city, and the price offers excellent value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pristina who wants a welcoming, stylish stay.
