Nartel Hotel

I had a great stay. When I needed to return home earlier than planned, the reception staff and management both helped me use the hotel facilities and made me comfortable. They were lifesavers. Thanks again.

The free breakfast was fresh and excellent, a lovely way to start each day. We could walk to both the bus station and the city centre from the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and ready to help, and the spotless, bright facility felt inviting. At the restaurant bar, there was a variety of food and a wide wine selection. The servers were attentive and knew their stuff, making dinner a wonderful experience. Kosovo, a “prishtine” gem in the Balkan nation, was our favorite destination of all.

The location and underground parking were good, and the blonde girl at the front desk was so nice and lovely. The food at breakfast was good enough to eat, but most guests seemed to have the same problems I did. There wasn’t a decent coffee machine, which I’d expect at a 4 star hotel. During my two-day stay, it was overcast and pouring, with temperatures of only 7-9 degrees Celsius. My room felt like a freezer. The air conditioning was blowing cold, and I couldn’t switch it to heat because reception controlled the central heating. Worse, the hot water barely flowed. It came out in drops, not enough for even a quick shower. The rest of the hotel wasn’t worth it, and I won’t visit again.
