Mercure Prishtina City

This was the best value for money I’ve ever experienced. The price was incredibly good, and the hotel delivered great rooms, impressive cleanliness, friendly staff, generous breakfast, and service that felt perfect. It even exceeded German standards. I think it could easily earn 4.5 stars in Germany. I wish there were hotels like this everywhere.

The hotel is new and modern, with a chic, well-designed room. A couple of the decorative wooden columns felt a little loose, though. Breakfast was good, and parking downstairs or outside was easy. It’s just outside central Prishtina, in a newer neighbourhood with plenty of shops and grocery stores, and downtown is a quick taxi ride away.

The rooms were clean and okay, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had a decent dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast was decent too. There’s a small shopping mall right next to this nice, conveniently located city hotel. If I visit the country again, I’ll probably stay here.

Even as a very critical person, I couldn't find a single flaw. The place was spotless, the staff were well trained, and they seemed to take care of every request. This is the best hotel I've visited in the Kosovo/Albania region, and the standard feels leagues above the other hotels I've stayed at there. I’m honestly amazed and surprised to find this level of quality in Kosovo. Hygiene in particular can be hard to find good staff for there, so I hope they can keep this up with fair pay. It would be a shame if this phenomenal hotel couldn't maintain the quality. Five stars!
