Konstantin Hotel

We'd seen the comments and pictures and expected a great hotel, but after driving all the way there, we found out they could only put us on the ground floor of the three-storey building. The noise from the kitchen, or somewhere else, was so loud that we declined. The person there didn't offer an explanation or anything else, and we left. I hope they're not always that arrogant.

The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, but that was the only good part. Our room was in awful shape: dirty mattresses, bugs on the pillows, and a leaking bathroom with dirty water that was nearly unusable. There was no air conditioning or proper ventilation, and the room smelled unpleasant. The food was poor and disappointing too. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. Stay away!

I didn't stay the night because the room had no air conditioner and wasn't fully clean. The staff seemed to speak only Serbian, as far as I could tell. I told them I was leaving, and they just said sorry and refused to refund even half my money, even though it was mine. They said I could use the pool at night, but in the morning told me I had to stay there to use it. You took my money, at least let me use the pool! Don't go in summer.

We were bitten all over and didn't sleep there. The room had bedbugs and mosquitoes everywhere, so we had to leave within an hour of going in. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't go.
