For business, the location worked especially well, with easy access to commercial areas and important city spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and maintained well, and the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. The attentive, professional staff made me feel at home. Citi View Hotel offers good service, comfort, and value. I’d recommend it and would be glad to return.

The price was quite low, and I got much more than I expected. The room was large and clean, and the location was very good too. I spoke with three hotel staff members and a security guard, and every one of them was kind and really helpful. The view in my photo probably explains why it’s called “city view hotel”.

There’s plenty of parking and a grocery store just a short walk away. My window looked out toward AlHamra tover and Kuwait Towers. The place was clean and the customer service was good.

The food here is delicious, and the atmosphere feels welcoming to both foreigners and citizens.

The location is amazing and the staff are brilliant, but the furniture is poor and the restaurant isn’t adequate. They’ve also got several staff shortages. Management closed the swimming pool because “it’s costly,” yet they keep promoting that they have one. Seriously, why advertise a pool when it’s closed?
