A great place that I’d recommend. It seemed new, was super clean, and had very friendly, welcoming staff.

The front desk made our stay at Garden Hotel special, especially Jen (Jane), who went the extra mile to help my family feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional, and took care of every little detail with thoughtful gestures. We felt cared for as people, not just guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our family trip. The hotel is in a great location in Jabriya Kuwait, with lots of food outlets nearby, excellent service, and that warm, human touch. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Jen’s care made a world of difference, especially with our baby’s needs. She kept checking in to see if we needed anything and handled every request thoughtfully and professionally. Her dedication made us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The hotel is new and beautifully maintained, and the staff were amazing. There are lots of restaurants and coffee spots nearby. I’d definitely return on my next visit to kuwait and recommend it for a vacation or business stay.
