We felt comfortable and well looked after during our stay, and we’re planning to return. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy nearby places. We also happened to meet the owner, who was humble, kind, and generous. He took time to hear our feedback, which made us feel valued and added a personal touch to the visit.

The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was tasty, and both check-in and check-out were quick. Staff were friendly, cooperative, and fast to respond, and the flexible arrival and departure times were useful. The location is great, with an amazing view of the skyscrapers and the city and sea. A few things could be better. The TV isn’t smart, the bed felt small and not comfortable enough, and food smells sometimes drift up, especially to the upper floors. On cold winter nights, there’s no heating, so the AC keeps running when it’s already cold. The shower floor slopes the wrong way and water runs outside the shower. The price is a little high. There are lots of open parking spaces nearby, and it would be great if the hotel could manage one as official hotel parking. The dining area could use more room for guests, there aren’t enough power sockets, and hot water takes a while to come through.

Thank you to Shivam and Reedham for the best service in Kuwait. The staff are humble too. I also want to thank Mellisia from the restaurant team for her dedication and kindness. Her professionalism, care with the details, and warm manner made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She clearly takes pride in her work. I spent three months here and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Everything was clean, well organized, and very good. Bhakta from the cleaning department was kind, polite, and dedicated, and his service was excellent. Ravi was also wonderful, always ready to help with patience, a smile, and a caring attitude. I truly appreciate his service and humanity. The drivers were kind and respectful, and the transportation felt very safe. Laundry was well managed and always on time. I’m grateful to everyone for all their support and wonderful service. Thank you so much.
