After more than a year at Grand Hyatt Residences, I’m glad I chose it as my home in Kuwait. The property is new, with spacious rooms, modern decor and furniture, plenty of parking, and a working gym and swimming pool. Service has been exceptional. Staff across reception, housekeeping, the travel desk, and sales are friendly, quick to respond, and always eager to help.

We had a really pleasant stay, and the service was excellent. Mr. Sajid gave us a warm welcome, was very cooperative, and made sure we had what we needed. Ms. Samira was kind and helpful too.

I’ve stayed twice, and the room wasn’t clean either time. Responses were slow, and when we asked reception for something, they didn’t respond. They seem focused on the 100kd deposit and look for reasons to deduct it or keep it. Once our room door locked, and we had to call reception to get help opening it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
