Ocean View Hotel Kuwait

For a business stay in Kuwait, The Ocean View Hotel is a reliable option and good value for money. The rooms are quiet, clean, and kept in good condition, and the staff are efficient and professional. The one thing I’d change is the room’s microclimate. The air conditioning dries the air out quite a bit, and my throat can feel dry in the morning. Humidity controls you can adjust would make the rooms more comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean, which I really liked. The staff were kind too. Marty and Mr Salah were especially welcoming and made my stay stand out. They’re a big reason I’d come back. I enjoyed my time here a lot.

We couldn’t sleep because the air conditioner kept making loud, worrying noises all night. Someone came after we called reception, but he brushed it off and told us to “just put it on low.” The noise carried on even then. When we called back, they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us to another room. The bathroom lights also kept flickering on and off. The room itself was very dirty and dusty, and it smelled strongly of smoke. When we asked for extra pillows and blankets, the receptionist said, “Be thankful you got some, others got none.” My father was unwell, but nobody showed concern. They only had one kind of pillow, and it was stiff and uncomfortable. We asked again and were told, “That’s all we have, and we’re out anyway.” We paid for a full room and couldn’t even get the bare minimum.

I was there from 01st to 4th Dec 2025, and it was a good stay for me. The rooms were spacious and the staff very cooperative. Mr sajjad at the front desk is someone you can fully rely on.
