At 10kd per night, the value for money was outstanding. I stayed four nights in a one bedroom flat next to the elevator, and had no problems at all with roaches or bedbugs. It was clean, the hot water had good pressure, and the air conditioning worked well, though it was too cold. There was very little noise. Parking might be difficult if you have mobility issues, as I did at the time. I prefer Mahboula to downtown, so the location suited me, traffic in kuwait aside. A few minor maintenance issues were handled quickly. It was a positive stay overall, and I’d return.

I’ve seen online reports of cockroaches 🪳🪳 🪳 and bedbugs 🪲🪲🪲 in the rooms. Can this be dealt with before I arrive? My wife wouldn’t feel comfortable staying in a room like that.

The studio worked well for my four-month stay. My room was clean, and the hot water, AC, induction cooker, oven, and refrigerator all worked properly. I did see some cockroaches on the tables, though. Mahmood, the caretaker, was very helpful, and having shops and other things nearby was a big plus. Housekeeping was available 24 hours, too. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms and furniture were dirty and full of cockroaches and BED BUGS, and half the machines and appliances were broken or not working right. The rooms were extremely unkept, and Harris was very unprofessional. It was a really dirty, unhygienic place, with no comfortable or relaxing atmosphere at all.
