Wahaj Boulevard Hotel Apartment

The staff were friendly, cooperative, and professional, and they really did try to help. That was the only good part of our breakfast experience. We booked the open buffet through a Sheel coupon expecting a decent, refreshing meal, but the food was poor and most items seemed stale or unsuitable to serve. Some dishes looked like they’d been prepared the day before, which left me concerned about freshness and food safety. The buffet doesn’t meet even basic hotel breakfast standards, isn’t worth stopping for, and doesn’t justify the price. In its current state, it reflects badly on the hotel and shouldn’t be promoted.

I was disappointed by the dinner buffet. Several dishes stayed empty for a long time, even after I told the staff, and the food wasn’t refilled promptly. A buffet should have food available throughout the meal, but many items ran out quickly and left diners with very few choices. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the quantities and refilling so future guests have a better experience. DISAPPOINTMENT😔

Really great value for money, and the staff are GREAT. The hotel itself is nice, and the location is ok. Don’t miss the Pool, Jacuzzi, or sky bar on the 20th floor!

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant team, was friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. I felt I had to write and say how much I appreciated it. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family, and look forward to coming back!
