We felt very welcome at le jazz Hotel, and the care from the team continued throughout our stay. Ahmed Rashad, the hotel manager, deserves special thanks for his leadership and attention to detail. At reception, Mahmoud and Ahmed were respectful, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Housekeeping and the restaurant staff were just as impressive. Imtinan from housekeeping was especially kind, cooperative, and dedicated. Everyone was genuinely delightful and seemed happy to have us, and we were very happy to be there too. We truly appreciate their hospitality and hope to stay with them again.

They let me check out a few extra hours late at no charge because I arrived at 4am, and the staff were kind and helpful when I got in. After I checked out, they also kept my luggage while I went sightseeing. Staff and service: 10/10.

I had a lovely experience at Le Jazz Hotel. It was very clean, and the people there were easy to approach. Mr. Ahmed Nabil was especially helpful and a very good man, always willing to help people who needed it. Five stars from me for such a beautiful stay ❣️💞✨

Hello, I am darz. I stayed at this hotel last April 28, and I’m thankful to Allah that a Filipino staff member, Ms.Cristina, was there to help us, along with the other staff. She assisted us very well, especially with our e travel, and was very humble. The interior has a nice ambiance, and the hotel feels peaceful.

The room was amazing and had a view, and the service was excellent. I found the breakfast satisfactory too. I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Jazz, everything felt perfect. Thanks for everything, I’d recommend it to anyone.
