We booked a room with two beds and were given one, with no explanation or attempt to sort it out. Getting into the room took over two hours because we were told it was being cleaned. When we finally got in, it was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Staff acted clueless when we asked them to clean it properly and did nothing. They were uninterested and unhelpful, even with basic requests. The hotel also looked nothing like its online photos. Between the misleading pictures, poor hygiene, long wait, and terrible service, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was hair and multiple dirty stains on the sofas, curtains, and walls. When we asked for cleaning, the cleaners just said it was clean. The staff were unpleasant and difficult to deal with. I wanted to check out early, but they wouldn't refund the last three days, so that money felt wasted. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

I've been staying here for a week, and the place is old and dirty, with everything broken. I have to leave, or I'll end up killing myself. 😨

I'm unhappy with the service this time. I asked Mr. Hussein to clean the room, but he didn't do it or take any action. I always stay at this distinguished hotel in Kuwait, so this was a very bad experience. I ask the hotel owner to reconsider the staff.

Well, I expected a good experience and didn't get one. The hotel doesn't even have basics like Wi-Fi or an intercom, so you can imagine what the other things are like.
