Jackie and Angga, thank you for your care. The restaurant team made our dining experience memorable, with warm, polite service and quick responses to requests. They knew the menu well and gave helpful recommendations. The food arrived on time, nicely presented, and at the right temperature and quality. The kitchen and floor staff worked well together, and the team's attention to detail and customer satisfaction really showed. Excellent service and high-quality food, highly recommended.

Khine and Quennie at reception were welcoming, professional, and ready to help, so check-in and dining both went smoothly. Tara, who cleaned the rooms, was kind and professional, and kept my room perfectly tidy. Her friendly manner and care with the details made my stay more comfortable. I had a very pleasant time at Ibis Salmiya Hotel. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and everything was well organized. Thanks to the whole Ibis Salmiya team. As a PhD student visiting mainly to do research, I found it calm and comfortable, a good place to study and stay focused. I felt at home here, and left with memories I'll keep close. After a previous month-long stay, I came back and was again very happy. The welcome was warm, people treated me with kindness and respect, the place was very clean, and the food was delicious. Jack and Charlie were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. The buffet had lots of fresh, delicious, well-prepared choices, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. A lovely way to start the day, highly recommended.
