The team were so considerate when I lost my phone in a taxi, even offering me their own phone to help sort it out. They also accommodated my preferred timing for room cleaning, which I appreciated. Everyone was consistently friendly and willing to help. I’m grateful for their genuine hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

My stay was calm and pleasant, and the receptionist who helped me during a busy time was a good guy. 5/5 for him. The hotel’s amenities and breakfast were very basic for the rates they charge, so 3/5 for that. If you have a vehicle, there’s public parking beside the hotel that you need to use during your stay.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty and stained with makeup, the shower drain was blocked, and the water wouldn’t drain properly. The extra bed they gave me was just a thin, worn foam mattress, and the blankets weren’t suitable for a 3-star hotel. I tried to cancel the remaining days of the booking, but was told I had to do it through Booking.com. We tried contacting them, but nobody responded.

The bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise it was a great stay. My room was clean and spacious, and the location was handy for bus stops. I arrived early, and the welcoming staff offered me water and stored my luggage.
