Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait City, Kuwait

Ravi was especially thoughtful, remembering my name from last time and making something for me that wasn’t on the menu. His personal attention felt genuinely caring, and he’s always pleasant to talk with. Manager Angelika, along with Manoj, Ravi, Janet, and the rest of the restaurant team, were helpful and welcoming. The service was courteous and professional, with great care and attention to detail. They really make you feel at home. Keep up the great work.

Mr. Ravi deserves special thanks for his professionalism and support. His care and attention to detail made a real difference. The whole team was quick to respond, highly professional, and handled every request smoothly and with excellent quality. That made everything easy and enjoyable. This is one of the best hotels in Kuwait, and I’d definitely choose it again. Highly recommended.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. They were polite, warm, and attentive, and Ravi went above and beyond to help. He greeted guests with a lovely smile and made sure everything was right. The hotel is beautiful and spotless, with clear care taken over comfort and hygiene. The food was delicious throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet stood out with its plentiful fresh options. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome.
