The rooms were really nice and comfortable, but the management was poor. Receptionist Yasser was very rude, and because of how he treated us, we’ll never return. I’ll tell my family and friends about this hotel so they don’t have to deal with such cheap management.

The staff are professional, and the location is excellent, with markets nearby.

The people were nice, and the place was clean and well located. I enjoyed the trip with my family and could see myself visiting this hotel again.

The kind staff made a real difference with their service. It’s a clean, modern apart-hotel near the center of kuwait city.
