I booked from overseas and wish I’d checked the room in person before paying. During my seven-day stay, it was cleaned only twice, and that seemed to mean changing the sheets and towels. I kept asking for cleaning, but it still didn’t happen. After 5 pm, there apparently wasn’t a housekeeping person available to call. The kitchen attached to the room looked like a plus, but it had no cooking gas or electric stove. At least the microwave came in handy. The living room was clean, but I don’t think the bedroom carpet had been cleaned for months. The main door knob was broken, too. The swimming pool was never operational, and the Wi-Fi was awful. They gave us a password for a connection that’s free across Kuwait in many places, so I assume it has a lot of users. It disconnected every five minutes. The staff were very friendly, but that doesn’t make up for everything else. I’m not someone who usually complains, but honestly, I’d give zero stars if Google allowed it. Check the room in person before paying, and I hope this helps you make a better decision.

I like it when what’s promised is actually provided, and that wasn’t my experience here. The website said there was a gym, which I was excited about because I thought I could keep in shape on holiday. When I asked at the lobby, I was told it was under construction, something the website hadn’t mentioned. There was also no room service. I kept asking about it, but it still wasn’t done. Very poor service, honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

There was supposed to be cable and TV, and they were there, but only one outlet meant I couldn’t plug in both the TV and the cable box at the same time. One or the other had to stay unplugged. I’ve attached a picture, but unfortunately that’s the only evidence of the poor quality you’ll see. You can sleep in the bed, but in winter the room gets freezing at night because the windows aren’t sealed properly. The same windows let in all the car noise and honking. Avoid this place at all costs.
