Kuwait Continental Hotel

The furniture seemed old, and water leaked from the bathroom into the room. Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room consistently. After I reported it, a router was temporarily placed nearby, but later removed. There was also a scented fragrance in the hotel corridors that irritated my chest. I told the staff it affected both me and my mother, but they kept using it. If you have asthma or respiratory allergies, you may want to be cautious. My experience was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. We first booked two nights through Booking.com, then needed to extend. I wanted to do that through Booking, but was told I had to confirm early in the morning, and the availability was no longer showing there. The hotel then offered a higher rate for extending directly. On our final day, I was told extensions could only be arranged directly through the hotel. The café downstairs charged 1 dinar for a small 350ml bottle of water. A few times, items appeared on our bill that we didn’t remember ordering, so we had to go through the invoice carefully with staff. This is my personal experience.
