Alhamdulillah, I had a very good stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and service was fast. Staff were respectful and always smiling. Everything went well, and I recommend it for families and travelers. InshaAllah, I’ll come back.

I arrived with a Booking.com reservation, but the hotel was full and refused to let me stay. They offered no fix or apology and treated me as though I’d done something wrong. I had to pay for a taxi to another hotel myself, losing both time and money. Very bad service. I don’t recommend this place.

I booked through Booking.com, then canceled the room about 20 days ahead. After that they flooded me with hundreds of pointless emails and messages. Canceling properly, emailing them, and filing a complaint with Booking customer service didn’t stop it. I’m still getting hundreds of inappropriate messages every day. Incompetent. Avoid them completely!

I’ve been staying here for three months because it’s near my workplace, and I appreciate how much effort they’ve made to make it feel like home. The rates are a little higher than renting a private place, but the comfort and convenience make it worthwhile.
