The staff were excellent, especially Masoum and Salem, who were so polite, helpful, and courteous. The rest of the team were excellent too, and the parking service was really convenient. The entrance and carpets need much more than a routine clean; they need a complete overhaul. Thank you to the hotel staff and Bu Talal.
