The hotel’s location worked perfectly for sightseeing, and the rooms were spotless, with new furniture, comfortable beds, adjustable air conditioning, and a practical, well-designed bathroom. We were six friends staying three nights with breakfast at Swiss-Belinn Sharq Kuwait. We also booked airport transfers in both directions, including at a very late hour. Even though visa processing delayed us, we were greeted warmly when we arrived. From reservations and reception to breakfast staff and drivers, everyone was excellent. The arrangements were thoughtful too, with three lifts that use cards for floor access, a roomy lobby, and outdoor seating. Thank you to everyone who keeps things running so smoothly. Highly recommended.

We had the largest room, with a spectacular view, and its size and amenities made the stay memorable. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was comfortable. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with Kuwait Tower just a short walk away. We highly recommend Swiss‑Belinn Sharq Kuwait for the service, location, and accommodations.

We had no complaints. The breakfast was very good, the location was handy for the main spots, and the views are panoramic. We also got an unexpected upgrade to a great suite. I’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk was very helpful with requests and gave us useful ideas for places to visit in Kuwait. We also had transport arranged from the airport, which is rare with other hotels these days, or comes at a hefty rate when it is available. The hotel is in the heart of Kuwait City, with amazing views toward the skyline and seaside. The rooms are spacious and good value, making it a suitable choice for vacationers.

I had an excellent stay, but realized after checking out that I’d left my travel neck pillow in the room. Could someone contact the hotel and ask them to hold it for me? I expect to be back in Kuwait in about two months and hope I can pick it up then.
