Bimod and Ferdous made the stay especially enjoyable with their kind, attentive service and warm attitude. From the minute I arrived at the Montrose Hotel, I felt welcome and at ease. The room was spotless, and the calm, elegant atmosphere and the care in the details made a real impression. Thanks for a lovely visit, I hope to return.
6/10
Our guest especially enjoyed the fresh, tasty breakfast, and found the rates reasonable for the service and facilities. They also described the rooms as comfortable and the atmosphere as relaxing. The property was neat, clean, and well maintained throughout. Based on their positive experience, we’re happy to recommend the hotel to our upcoming guests and look forward to working together again.
10/10
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the property felt clean, calm, and well organized. The service at the front desk made the stay stand out. Ferdaous and Binod welcomed me warmly, handled everything efficiently from arrival onward, and were attentive whenever I had a request. Their information and recommendations were helpful, and their professional, guest focused approach made me feel valued. This has become my first choice in Kuwait because of the service and overall quality. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service, and I’ll be back.
10/10
Housekeeping did a great job, especially Mr. Sreekandh, who stayed on top of everything and kept our room spotless. The staff were attentive and friendly, and made me feel at home. The rooms were top-notch and the atmosphere was really relaxing. I had a fantastic stay!
2/10
The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and it looked completely different from the photos for the room we booked. When we asked to move, they offered a refund and seemed to prefer that we leave in the middle of the night instead of helping us. It was a very bad experience. I don’t recommend this place.
