I wouldn’t book here again. The staff were unpleasant, service was slow, and there wasn’t any hot water in the bathroom. Water was leaking outside it, too. With conditions and service this poor, I don’t see how the hotel merits a four-star rating.

I’m not happy with this stay and won’t repeat it. The lifts were old and slow, with capacity problems, and the maintenance areas were dusty. The bedding service was awful: the sheet, blanket, and pillowcase smelled and seemed to have been used. They also wouldn’t provide an iron or board, or an extra pillow and blanket.

We held a private party at Park Avenues Hotel. The ballrooms and hall were a good size and kept in good condition. The service could still be better, but we had a good experience.

The room and bathroom were both clean, and the location and service were good. There’s no shataf, though, and parking is a problem.

The location is the one good thing here. The hotel feels unsafe, the lifts get stuck, and the power went out during rain. There’s no working WiFi, and housekeeping seems unable to keep up. Staffing is thin, with just one receptionist and one person for room service. Management was poor and acted as if customers were always wrong. The place doesn’t meet even a two-star standard, and I definitely wouldn’t advise anyone to stay.
