The villa was spacious and clean, the beaches were well maintained, and the staff and reception team were friendly and polite throughout. The location is good if you get a proper sea view, but ours had no real view at all, not even a partial one, which was disappointing. We paid around 220 KD including breakfast. It didn't suit our taste, and we barely ate it, so the 25 KD breakfast charge felt wasted. They made a small menu adjustment the next day, which we appreciated, but it still wasn't enough. Our request for a refund for the breakfast we didn't use was declined. The heated private pool was a plus, though small and better suited to kids than adults. There was no intercom for room service, no iron or heating appliances, and the villa felt a bit uncomfortable in the cold. Toiletries were limited, and we didn't see a barbecue facility in our villa. We wanted to try somewhere different. It's clean, with friendly staff and a decent location, but for us this was probably a one-time visit. I'd personally choose Aqua Marine next time.

The chalet is relaxing and worth a visit, and the receptionist, guards, and people at the place itself were good. But the reservation experience was the worst I've ever had. I've stayed at plenty of resorts, hotels, and chalets, and never dealt with reservation staff this unprofessional. I was given three contact numbers, and every one led to poor service and a very difficult experience. I hope management takes action and improves the reservation team, because they're ruining the experience.

The villa is roomy, newly built, and relatively cheap in the off season. The kitchen is fully equipped, the pool is kept clean, and the rooms are large and spacious. I hope they keep it in this condition.

It's a good place to visit, but the rooms are much too close together for anyone wanting privacy. When we went outside by the beach, my daughter got lost and accidentally entered the room next to ours. That shows just how close the rooms are.
