The bathroom was clean and modern.

The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the location was superb. Two grocery stores right next door, plus an ATM, barber shop, and 24-hour laundry service, were a huge plus. Kuwait Towers, The Avenues, Al-Mubarakiya, and the major attractions are nearby, with even the furthest no more than half an hour away. What really stood out was how welcoming everyone was. Mr. Hazem and Mr. Mohammed treated us with such respect and hospitality. I can't remember a few of the other staff members' names, but I appreciated their kindness and professionalism too. I'm very grateful to all of them. I was embarrassed when Mr. Mohammed personally cleaned up a Pepsi bottle in our room, since that isn't his job, but it showed his kind spirit and high morals. God has blessed him with so much kindness. I do have a few small suggestions for a future stay. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, though it didn't stop me sleeping, and I think adding a pillowcase would easily fix that. It'd also be nice to have a shower loofah, more towels, and slippers as a set in each room. The water heater in the apartment I stayed in ran out of hot water after about 5 minutes, although the other apartment didn't have that problem. The rooms need at least two electricity meters instead of one. And it'd be great to have 24-hour room cleaning service. It was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend the place and will definitely return, God willing. 🤍

The hotel is new, no doubt, but the bed wasn't clean. The people cleaning the rooms didn't seem like proper housekeeping staff because they were so far from clean themselves. Receptionist Ramez also assigns rooms to whoever he wants depending on his mood. The owner needs to know about this. Even the price is controlled by the receptionist. I hope the hotel improves its standards if they change the staff.

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay of two nights because it had a high rating on Booking.com, and here's how it went. The apartment felt a little small for the price, though it was reasonably comfortable. I'd suggest keeping it to no more than four people, or perhaps two adults and up to three children. Parking was another downside. There are shaded spaces at the hotel entrance for both large and small cars, but the basement parking is better suited to medium and small vehicles, and large cars have a hard time there. There also seem to be somewhat few spaces, since the surrounding area is full of apartment buildings. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet, suitable for families, with new furniture and excellent cleanliness. Everything is close by: a grocery, barber, laundry, currency exchange, hospital, and pharmacy. You don't need a car, and restaurants deliver to the hotel through the Talabat app. All in all, if I'm staying in this area, this hotel will be my first choice.
