The price was very reasonable, and the staff and management were great during my stay at Atlantis Suite Hotel, Salmiya. Receptionist Ahmed was especially cooperative. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

The manager was really respectful and nice, but my experience with the coffee service was awful. A woman working as the coffee maker was mean and rude to my brother and me, and told us to leave if we weren't going to order. She could've simply asked politely what we wanted, and I would've ordered. Honestly, everything else was perfect, especially the service.

I'm still staying here because my company booked the hotel, but after this trip we won't come back. I've complained five times about the fridge service and they keep ignoring it. They also haven't solved my room service problem. The service is very bad, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. 🙏🙏

The location worked out perfectly, with cold stores nearby, a petrol station close, and a few restaurants around. The building has been renovated, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and furnished with good furniture. The beds are comfortable, there's a washer-dryer, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available too.
