The price felt fair for the location, and the staff were polite. The hotel is close to the sea, restaurants, shops, and the main road. Rooms are spacious enough for a short stay and have the basics like a bed, AC, TV, and working Wi-Fi. But it feels a bit old, and some areas need better cleaning and maintenance. Check-in was slow, and our room had small problems, including a broken curtain and a leaky faucet. Fine for a night or two if you just need somewhere to sleep, but don't expect luxury.

The reception had the worst attitude, and they refused to provide room cleaning. The internet speed feels like it's from the 20th century. When I asked for towels for three people for three days, the receptionist said, "this is not 5 star hotel, give you three people three towels for three days is the biggest mercy". Worst service I've had in Arab countries. Shame on you for opening in Kuwait.

We spent a month here as a family of four, and it was very convenient for a short family stay. The kids loved the pool, and the service was a plus. Parks and malls are within walking distance, though the heat can be extreme. The building is old, and I hope it gets refurbished soon, along with the apartment furnishings. I love the small lobby's homey smell. You can smell it before you even enter, and it makes you feel like you've arrived at your second home.

The staff were humble and the location was quite good. The room was simple and clean, but the toilet had a plumbing problem and stayed wet all the time, which felt dirty.
