Everything felt smooth and comfortable during my stay at Rihanna Hotel Suites in Kuwait City. It was very clean, the staff were helpful and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. The location is convenient too. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We had a peaceful night, with lots of parking, and the rooms, bedding, and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. The apartment was spacious for our group: me, my wife, three sisters, three daughters, including 15-year-old twins and a 3-year-old, and my 7-year-old niece. The bathroom had quality necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the genuinely kind gentleman at reception. The location was great, close to a shopping center, and they even provided two portable WiFi devices to take along wherever we went in Kuwait. Great value and a perfect stay from start to finish. Highly recommend it, and we'll definitely stay again when visiting Kuwait.

The rooms felt a bit old and weren't that clean, and some employees weren't nice or friendly. A late departure of around two hours costs 20, while booking.com is cheaper than booking face to face.

The apartment was clean, and we received good hospitality. It’s a three-star hotel, though, and breakfast should be included. There’s room for improvement.
