Lumiere Des Etoile

The staff were the highlight, so helpful and understanding. They were flexible about checkout time, which was a real bonus, and offered to help when finding parking proved difficult. The stay was comfortable and reasonably priced, with a spacious, decent room and all the facilities. The shower pressure was great, though the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and the toilet towels were worn, even if they were clean. Big thanks to the lovely staff!

I liked how warmly the staff welcomed us. The room itself was too dark, and you could hear every sound from around you. There was hair in the sink and gum on the floor, and the bathroom felt quite old.

The rooms were clean and had a good amount of space, though the hotel is in a crowded area. Breakfast was nearly gone even though we arrived before the serving time ended. They only gave us one access card because they said they had run out, and wouldn't provide connecting room keys because they worried those might be lost. Most of the people there weren't friendly, and they didn't even seem to know how to smile.

The location isn't a plus, but the rates are reasonable, so it could work as an option. It's a nice boutique hotel with a well-decorated entrance. Rooms and suites are adequate, with a small buffet and connecting rooms for families.
