The Code Residence

The location is the one thing I liked. The rooms are tiny, dusty, and not clean. When I ask for housekeeping, they just make the bed, with no vacuuming, tissues, or fresh towels. I've raised the cleanliness issue more than five times and nothing has changed. I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

I couldn't check in as planned because there was a problem with my documents, and I was stressed about it. Fatima, the sales officer at Code Residence Hotel, helped sort out my booking and even changed the dates when I ran into difficulties. She was so welcoming, patient, and kind, and really went out of her way to help. Her support made the whole situation much easier. Fatima is the star of the hotel, and the team is lucky to have her. I'm very grateful.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, a lovely place to come back to after a long day. The reception team made us feel cared for throughout our stay, from welcoming us and offering suggestions to handling every request with genuine attention. They helped arrange transportation, shared local recommendations, and checked that we were comfortable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I've rarely had a better hotel experience, and would wholeheartedly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

The staff are friendly and ready to help, especially Mohammed Hilali. This is a great, brand new place to stay. Strongly recommended!
