Laxmi at reception looked after me throughout my stay, and the staff were friendly and genuinely keen to meet my needs. They even accommodated early check-in and late checkout. My room was tidy and clean, with an awesome ocean view, and the hotel itself was very clean too. There’s a restaurant and gym, plus a supermarket just a minute’s walk away. The price is really good for what you get. I won’t stay anywhere else in Kuwait City!
The hotel team made the stay wonderful, especially Lakshmi, Khine, and Quennie. They were cheerful and helpful, and you could see their genuine effort to engage positively and give good service. The rooms were clean and well organized, and breakfast was wholesome. Thank you!
A big thank you to Jackie and Angga for their care. The restaurant team made the meal feel comfortable from start to finish. They were welcoming, attentive, and polite, handled requests quickly with a smile, and knew the menu well enough to explain dishes and offer good suggestions. The food arrived on time, looked lovely, and was served at the right temperature and quality. The team worked well between the kitchen and the floor, and their careful service and genuine concern for guests made the experience memorable. Great food and hospitality, highly recommended.
The room at Ibis Salmiya Hotel was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was well organized. It’s in a great location too. Khine and Quennie at reception were welcoming, professional, and ready to help, making everything easy from check-in to dining. Tara took great care of the room, keeping it tidy and perfectly clean. She was kind and professional, with a real eye for detail. Thanks to the whole team for the good service. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.
As a PhD student here mainly to do research, I found it calm and comfortable enough to focus and get my work done. I felt at home and was very happy with my stay, especially after returning from a previous month-long visit. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, treated me with warmth and respect, and the cleanliness and delicious food made the hotel feel special. I’m especially grateful to Head Chef Omar for his kindness, care, hospitality, delicious meals, and steady attention to guests’ comfort. Thank you to Ibis Salmiya and all the staff. I’ve left with beautiful memories that I’ll carry in my heart. It was an unforgettable stay. 🌸
