Palm Heights

The pool was the weak spot. It has a lot of potential, but the area felt neglected and was nearly deserted all week. The spa pool got much more use, and I hope ownership puts some money into improving the main pool. The beach is incredible, but a five-star resort still needs a good pool. Everything else made this the best overall resort stay I’ve had across the Caribbean. From arrival to departure, the experience was impeccable. Staff talked among themselves to make sure they met or exceeded expectations. For our birthday, they brought us three cakes through the day, and they even delivered a robe sized for a four-year-old for our kid. There were so many thoughtful little touches. The food had loads of great options, including pizza, Japanese, Mediterranean, and American, so there was no reason to leave the resort for meals. Beach service, rooms, and cleanliness were all A+. The spa was A++, and we went every day, sometimes twice. It feels like a different resort, and you can order drinks, smoothies, food, whatever you want. The staff were all amazing in their own ways. We got to know Vindra, G, Kira, Age, Caleb, Raquel, and our hilarious Italian server from Tillie's, whose name I can’t remember. I’m usually fussy about rooms, and PH didn’t disappoint, with a massive room and an even bigger beachfront terrace with a tub, loungers, a couch, and more. Still, the resort, amenities, and staff were so good that the room barely mattered. We just wanted to spend time around the property. It was heaven, and we hope to return for another unforgettable stay.

Waking up to the ocean and stepping straight onto the shore made the stay feel magical. Everything was peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully done. The rooms were spotless and well kept, with the bed turned down each night and fresh sheets every day. Every staff member I met was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making the visit memorable. My stay at The Palm Heights Hotel was wonderful, and I’d recommend The Palm Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, thoughtful service, and a beautiful escape.

The staff are what make this place stand out. Many have worked here for years, bring such good energy, and work hard to make you happy. Several even remembered us from our first visit, and GANGA went above and beyond. It’s also very kid and toddler friendly without constant screaming, and there are plenty of tucked-away places to relax. This was our second stay at palm heights, after going with friends over Labor Day in 2024 and returning in November 2025. We’d come every year if we could. The grounds, location, and atmosphere are perfect, and everything feels thought through. The food, beach, spa, and hospitality were all second to none. Great spot. We’ll be back.

We loved our little over-a-week stay at Palm Heights. The location is fantastic and the grounds are beautiful, with most of the staff truly excellent, especially Neil at the Coconut Club. We spent most of our time on site at the spa, gym, and beach. We only left for a couple of boat trips and an occasional dinner elsewhere for a change. We’ll definitely return to relax here again.
