Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman by IHG

We got a lovely room with a view and a kitchen, and the pool was cleaned often. The restaurant was a highlight too, Francis looked after us really well. There isn't a beach like the one on 7 mile beach, but the room cost a lot less.

The setting was so peaceful and relaxing, and having a restaurant right there made meals easy. My husband and I stayed several nights and would highly recommend it. The staff were genuinely kind and phenomenal. The photo is the view from our room.

The shuttle made getting around easy. Tabatha was such a friendly, outgoing driver, and somehow managed the busy schedule while getting everyone to their destinations without any issues. When our air conditioning started making a loud noise, the maintenance team replaced its motor in under an hour. I couldn't believe how quickly they handled it. Victoria at the front desk was courteous and helpful, and the whole team went beyond what I expected. They made our family vacation memorable.

This was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman, though it was our third trip to the island. The customer experience was unmatched, with every interaction making the stay more enjoyable. Victoria at check-in, Francis, Rhea, and Gabriela at the restaurant, and Alejandro at the front desk were all welcoming, kind, and attentive. We'd absolutely return and recommend the resort.
