We were eight in all, six 20-year-olds and two middle-aged adults, and the condo was very comfortable for everyone. We stayed in Seabreeze #3 and really liked both the accommodations and location. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our host was attentive and made the stay easy. We plan to return for another family vacation.

UNIT 3 has been a favorite for years of visits with my family. It’s cleaner, a little larger, and newer after a recent renovation than many of the other units, while costing about the same. I’ve stayed for family trips and adults-only ones, and it works well for both. The Wi-Fi is also good enough for a week of remote work. It’s right on the 7-mile beach and close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The unit has everything you might need. Hope this helps you choose a vacation spot :)

We’ve stayed at SeaBreeze 8 twice now, and it was hard to leave again. The four-bedroom apartment is nicely decorated and gives you a full-sized kitchen plus a washer and dryer. It’s right by Cemetery Beach, one of the best snorkeling places in Grand Cayman, and there’s excellent food nearby, including Bay side and Vivo. The property is very well maintained, and the pool works well for kids and adults.
