Квартира Орбита-2

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to say something this time. The whole team was professional, on time, and respectful of the customer. Thanks to all of them. I definitely recommend them.

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and really liked it. The service was great, and the room was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for the house, so we didn't have to buy anything. The price speaks for itself. We'd come back to the same room someday 😍❤️

The apartment was in terrible shape, especially the bathroom. Its coating was peeling with big gaps, it was dirty, and the water was hard to regulate. The stove they promised didn't work, and every kitchen cabinet was screwed shut. After one night, we found a bite on our child, so bed bugs are possible. There was only one duvet cover, with an extra blanket but no bedding for it, which is inconvenient for a family with a child. We asked for more bedding and towels, but the manager ignored every message. All the bedding smelled of cheap household chemicals. Washing it didn't help, and I can still smell it in my sleep. The service was awful from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend this company. The listing said the deposit was 5%, and the manager had agreed to that, but at the last minute they asked for 10%. They'd also promised a 20% discount for bookings before December 15th. After we'd agreed, they said management had changed its mind and reduced it to 10%, though at least they gave some concession. Check-in was meant to be after 2:00 PM, but they made us wait. They took a long time to open the door after we rang the intercom, and the manager kept hanging up. We were close to calling the police.

I put my international guests in a luxury suite at the Forel Alatau complex, and they loved the foothills setting, fresh air, and views. It's still within the city, so getting there by taxi is a short drive. They could even fish for their own trout and have it cooked right away. I highly recommend it.
