2/10
I booked through Booking.com, and the room was simply disgusting. Someone had been in my room while I was out. Everything felt smoky and greasy, and there weren’t even basic toiletries. They call it “breakfast included,” but there were no dishes, mugs, tea towels, or even a table rag. The floors were scrubbed in front of me with a dirty cloth, and greasy carpet scraps were swept up with a broom. The bedding was faded and pilled, like rags, while the blanket and pillows were lumpy. The walls are plasterboard. These apartments seem aimed at vacationers, not business travelers or families. It couldn’t have been worse, and doesn’t deserve even one star.
