Apart-Otel Loft

We spent 9 nights here and took day trips around the Almaty region. The apartments were lovely, with new, well-maintained appliances, and the group of women running the place were super hospitable. Incredible value for money, with loads of comfort for budget travellers. The lack of an elevator and the distance from the city center were small drawbacks, but I’d still highly recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the apartment felt brand new. It was beautifully furnished with what we needed, including a washing machine, iron, and kitchen setup. Fully recommend this lovely apartment hotel.

We got a warm welcome from Ms. Atiqa and the other staff, who made the stay feel like being with family. Loft Apart hotel covered everything we wanted: price, location, view, cleanliness, quiet, service, and amenities. It was a very convenient stay and exceeded our needs.

The apartment hotel is nicely designed and well maintained, with a good artist’s touch. The rooms are roomy, and both the toilet and shower are a good size. It was clean, but hard to find because it’s inside a residential compound. Taxi apps may not locate it easily unless your driver knows the city well. Use Navoi Street as a marker on Google Maps. The hotel management seemed a bit stiff, Russian, if I’m not mistaken, and unfortunately didn’t communicate warmly. They didn’t speak English or seem to try, so use an app to communicate. For a meal, boom CB cafe is about a 10-minute walk around the corner. The staff there are very nice, and the food and pastries are delicious. Mega Mall is just a 5-minute walk away. If it’s your first visit to this beautiful city, don’t get into a random taxi, always order one through an app. Enjoy Amalty, beautiful city and people.
