There’s so much greenery, trees and firs, and lots of playgrounds. The entrances look lovely, with a sofa by the entrance, and in summer everything is beautiful. There’s a cafe-shop for taking a break or having morning coffee, plus four food and grocery shops with plenty to choose from. A swimming pool, children’s clothing shop, and guitar and piano clubs are nearby too. Mmmmm, I recommend it 😮‍💨! It’s a large residential complex, and security is quite good. Each block has 16 to 23 floors. On the top floors, one apartment has access to a terrace, but it’s open, so I wouldn’t take small children or anyone afraid of heights up there. Everyone is friendly in a familiar way, and there aren’t any nasty people. The boys shouting on the basketball court, which is also used as a football pitch, make me laugh. 😹 A solid A! It really does deserve to be called “the best residential complex in Almaty.” 🙌🏻

We rented a luxurious apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two bathrooms. There were no bidets in the bathrooms. From the apartment, we could see Mount Shenbalaq on one side and the garden on the other. The complex has several supermarkets, a clinic, a pharmacy, and other services, and the area felt safe and comfortable. It’s a private residential area, with access limited to residents and authorized visitors. There’s a beautiful garden in the center.

A beautiful, upscale complex with very good security. We rented through Airbnb, though it was a bit expensive.

The outside looks really nice. Inside, it may not be ventilated as well. Just my impression from visiting.
