The hotel was dark when we arrived and looked abandoned. Staff were unpleasant and not helpful, especially the man there on our first day. Our room was 30 degrees, and when we asked them to fix it, they said it wasn’t possible because all the rooms were that hot. There was no food when we asked for breakfast at 8:30. In the morning, we were told the chef had left. We had taxi problems every morning, and the WiFi didn’t work in the lobby or in the room on our first day. The price was low, but for a reason. Stay elsewhere if you don’t want this to ruin your vacation.

The hotel is a long way from the cable car, though the location itself was okay. Our room was very large but old, and the hotel provided no service. We checked out early because it didn’t feel worth staying. There was also an unpleasant smell in the hotel.

The rooms were pretty good, and the cleaners were kind and did a good job. But service was really bad. The people working behind the service Bali seemed very lazy, and they didn’t speak English. One guy was eating out of his nose.

The location is excellent, and the room was good too. My room had a jacuzzi, but it didn’t work. The staff weren’t cooperative.

The only staff member who was nice was receptionist Dozvan. The room smelled, there were stains on the bed linen, and the shower was mouldy. At breakfast we waited more than 20 minutes for our food, with no apology or explanation from the staff. A table next to us arrived later and got their food straight away. Absolutely disgusting place. Avoid!
