Evergreen Apartment hotel

It’s close to public transportation, and they let you stay earlier for a very reasonable rate. There’s a lounge where you can leave your luggage or wait for your flight. The staff were friendly and available 24/7. For stays longer than two days, it has the essentials, including a washing machine and plates.

The included breakfast was awesome, and the café has long hours with great tea, coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches. Granola with yoghurt was listed, but I never got to try it because it wasn’t available. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke very good English, and offered travel and tour tips. The apartment was cozy, very clean, and fully equipped, with a big main room, separate bathroom, kitchen with good quality cutlery, A/C, and Wi-Fi that could be slow at times. Cleaning was done to a high standard during longer stays. There’s a wide hallway. An elevator would have been nice. It’s centrally located near the botanical garden at the southern end of the inner city, set back from the road, with several bus stops and lots of small stores nearby. Great quality for very reasonable prices, with hospitable staff, clean rooms, and excellent food. Highly recommended.

I switched over from another hostel, D*, and am glad I did. The bed is super comfortable, with its own charging point, lamp, and privacy curtain. There’s a large locker that fits a backpack and has a digital lock. The common area has a lovely atmosphere, and the other guests, many of them Russians, were mostly respectful of personal space. The showers and toilets are super clean, with someone cleaning the hostel every day. The employees were helpful whenever I needed information. I saw them help a Japanese guest get a Yandex and explain how to get to Tashkent. The price is a little high, but for the cleanliness and bed quality, I’d definitely pay to stay again! 💪🏻

Last month we stayed in Evergreen apartments, and I was very pleased. The price was reasonable, it was quiet, and the renovation and furniture were fresh. The administrator was pleasant and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. We’ve decided to become regular guests ;) The apartment had everything for a comfortable long stay: a kitchenette, filtered drinking water, dishes, a tea set, salt and pepper for cooking, towels, air conditioning for the Almaty heat, a smart TV, a comfortable bed, an ironing board and iron, disposable toothbrushes with paste, towels for all parts of the body ☺️, disposable slippers, and much more. I’m sure you’d notice if something was missing, but that wasn’t the case.
