The location is great, but the rest was awful. There was no receptionist in the morning. We rang the bell for 20-25 minutes before a gentleman came out, and he couldn’t explain the breakfast arrangements. He seemed either very tired or intoxicated. Either way, it wasn’t acceptable.

I came to take care of some business at Samal Towers and was surprised to find it right across from the hotel. The location really worked out for me. There’s no restaurant attached, but plenty of nearby places serve different kinds of food. The staff were friendly, and I could hear birds singing just outside my window. Really grateful for the stay! 🙏👍❤

The location is handy for getting to attractions and restaurants, and the mall is just across the road. It’s especially convenient if you’re in town for a US visa interview.
