I felt at home thanks to the welcoming, friendly staff at Mildom Express Hotel in Almaty. The location is handy for the center and main sights, and the modern room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and tasty. A good fit for travelers who want comfort, cleanliness, and good service. I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay, though the portions were small. It’s an old hotel in a good location. The condition makes it look less clean than it might be, and it needs proper restoration, though some basic amenities still work.

I had a really pleasant stay at Mildom Express Hotel in Almaty, at Seifullin Avenue 434. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the service was great. It’s easy to reach the main streets, with cafes nearby. Everything was just right, and I’d gladly stay here again.

For what I paid, the hotel met my expectations. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the mattress was firm but comfortable. There’s a mall nearby with a big supermarket inside. Dana, Front Desk Staff, was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. She was the only one who communicated in English with foreign guests and seemed to care, and I’m grateful to her.

I booked by mistake through the website, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be a comfortable place, right in the city center, with clean rooms and reasonable prices.
