Ibis Almaty Jetisu

The location is best, right in the center of almaty, and I couldn’t ask for more. My room was clean and decent, the service was great, and reception spoke good English. Across non-consecutive visits I stayed five nights in total. With my gold membership, I got a late checkout and early checkin on one of those stays. I left an adapter in my room, asked about it twice, and never heard back. That’s my only complaint.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and well located, but Amir at the front desk made the stay especially memorable. During checkout, he was kind and helpful. Shortly after I left, he called to let me know I’d left a personal item in the room, saving me a lot of worry. He patiently helped arrange for the item to be returned. That honesty and initiative went well beyond what I expected from standard service. Amir is a real asset to the Ibis team and a great example of the hotel’s hospitality. Thank you, Amir, for turning what could’ve been stressful into such a positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Ibis Almaty Jetisu and will definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a convenient, safe spot, and my family and I had a great stay. The room felt new and clean, and we slept really well in the super comfortable bed. Housekeeping was prompt and brought our requested items quickly. They did miss refilling the tea and coffee during daily cleaning, but the operator got them delivered as soon as I called. The operator was friendly and efficient with our other phone requests too. One small letdown was breakfast: the crew looked very serious and didn’t return our smiles or greetings. Thanks to the team for taking care of us.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself feels brand new. There are two restaurants downstairs, plus a good fitness area. Reception was client-oriented, and the cleaning service was good. You can also arrange an airport taxi for 13,000 tenge.
