Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu

The front desk team really stood out, so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Being right by Arbat made it easy to walk to parks, the pedestrian street, and plenty of good restaurants. The room was modern, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming and helpful, and they spoke English well. I had a really good stay.

Arailym was especially helpful and friendly. They upgraded our rooms, and she kept smiling throughout. We had a lovely experience at ibis jetisu.

Daily drinking water was missing, so we had to ask for it, even though the housekeeping itself was done properly. Breakfast didn't offer much choice either. Getting food was a real ordeal: basic fries took about 45 minutes and three calls to chase, and we ended up shouting in the middle of the night. The dessert looked as if it had been ordered from somewhere else. If the kitchen can't prepare or deliver decent food, room service shouldn't be offered. We had to change rooms three times before they finally admitted their mistake. I came after seeing the previous five-star reviews, and now I wonder if they were fake.
