We had to leave for sightseeing before breakfast started on some days, and the hotel packed us a nice little box with sandwiches, yoghurt and fruit. The buffet itself was pretty good, and the hotel was accommodating in general. The location is central, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. My one complaint is the bathroom: it's extremely small and has nowhere to hang clothes, which gets awkward when you're sharing with a friend.

The front desk women were good, but one of the men there wasn't much help. Our AC was broken and the room was still very hot. He didn't send a technician, even after they told us the cooling wasn't working. His only suggestion was to open the window, which didn't help much. They could have done something about it.

A clean room and great service in a hotel close to the centre. Timur deserves a special mention, he's a fantastic barman and really focused on the customer. A real gem.

We've stayed twice, and the deluxe rooms are well worth it: lots of space, friendly on the budget, lovely bathrooms and great service. Breakfast is good if you'd rather stay in. There are also loads of great shops a few minutes' walk away in every direction.

A good breakfast selection and nice rooms, with mountain views from some of them. The central location also makes it easy to get to local shops and restaurants.
