Staff were welcoming and flexible about check-in, and the hostel felt warm and cozy in winter. There were lots of useful facilities and services included. You can get to anywhere in Almaty by taxi from here. I'd recommend it.

A comfortable, affordable hostel for the price. The rooms were clean, the showers hot, and it stayed quiet at night. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and professional.

I spent almost a week here and really loved the place. The host was humble and helpful, and to me this is the best hostel to stay at in Almaty. I'd suggest checking it out before your trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan.

I barely liked this hostel, and the comments here seem fake to me. In the basement rooms, the walls aren't proper walls, so everyone can hear you, and they will.
