The rooms were roomier and cozier than I expected, and the location worked really well for getting around, with a metro station close by. Breakfast was tasty every day, with a few items changing, which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
The checkout was the worst part: we were accused of missing cutlery and asked to pay extra. At night, staff came into the room to check the bathroom taps, which felt intrusive and unacceptable. Customer service was poor throughout, with repeated calls and long delays just to get one utensil. Housekeeping barely came, and we had the same bedsheets for 4 days. There was only enough of things like towels, cups, and toiletries for three people, though we had four guests. The refrigerator didn’t work properly, the hairdryer was half melted and unsafe, and there was no detergent for the washing machine or dishwashing liquid. Air conditioning was only in the living room, not the bedrooms. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent spread and was good. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you check in, note everything they provide and get the staff to acknowledge it. Google reviews were right about the checkout accusations.
I stayed here for 9 nights and had a nice experience. The room was clean and had good furniture, and the staff were kind and helpful. They cleaned the room and provided kitchenware when I asked. The AC kept switching itself off, though, and I couldn’t turn it back on from the room. Sometimes I had to wait a long time for it to come back.
The booking was a complete mess, and the staff were very unprofessional. The service was poor, with no respect or hospitality toward guests. Instead of helping visitors feel welcome, management came across as careless and irresponsible. This was by far my worst hotel experience. I’d never recommend it to anyone who expects decent service and basic respect 🤝🏻.
We arrived at 5 p.m. after flying from my country at 9 a.m., but my room request had been messed up, and after arguing I was put in a different temporary room. We couldn't get into our rooms until 9 p.m., then waited until 10 p.m. for our luggage to come up from downstairs. I ended up sending my child's helper to get it because no staff were available. I was traveling with two elderly women, one over 75, and a child with special needs, so imagine how hard that was for them. The staff were all respectable, but the business needs a new manager. The apartments are poorly equipped and cheaply finished. In the two or three bedroom units, AC only works in the sitting room; the bedroom units are just ventilators, so you have to sleep with the doors open to get air. Most rooms face another building and get no sunlight, just artificial light. Only the duplex rooms facing the street get sun. There are no windows except in the bedrooms. The double room over the main street also gets outside noise from nearby apartments or rooms, and there’s no soundproofing or blackout curtains. The iron they brought me was ruined and burned the sleeve of my new blouse in one press. I wanted to cancel, but they still wanted to charge me a cancellation fee, even though the repeated mistakes were theirs. The bathroom door didn't lock, the iron didn't work, and the bidets had limescale, among other problems.
